i think i should have reviewed what i wrote when i first posted in to ovp since i got more or less the same feeling here
the only difference is there were always something that i can do, chatting, first letters, go for a walk, etc. however, even i don't see people around me are really engaged
what is this place?
from another angle, having reviewed what i wrote when i left ovp, i was so lucky to love what i did and enjoyed every moment i spent there. may be it takes time, possibly longer than before.

Things kept changing in the past few months, people went for roster with people came to reinforce. Till now, fany will be posted out (in a sudden) and changes will be coming soon.

Fany will go

There are really too many thoughts about the personnel at bd-s and luckily enough that most obvious obstacles had been gone automatically throughout my career. Now, just heard that fany will be going.

Frankly, she is the biggest opponent for me during the thrid posting and it's been coincident that she will be posted to act up somewhere else. I've been lucky for most of my life till now.

Really thanks for the arrangement and obviously this will be the most important period. I never wish anyone beside me to go solely that her existence would affect my career development.

So, no matter what, she's leaving next week and there will be no other obstacle but myself. Stay focused and chances are up front.
